Petite City Ham
Brined and smoked, First Hand Foods city ham is extremely versatile. Try it as the centerpiece at your next holiday meal or slice and pan-fry it for breakfast. Leftovers add instant flavor to your favorite soup or stew recipe. Pre-order for Easter now.
Firsthand Foods Petite City Ham is named for its contrast to a country ham, which is a lot saltier. Their city ham is made from pork sirloin and is the perfect side dish at a holiday celebration or as the centerpiece for a family meal. Brined then smoked, their City Ham is a cured, partially cooked product that is considered “ready to heat.” It should be heated to at least 145 degrees prior to serving. It’s great sliced and pan-fried or baked for dinner.
Firsthand Foods’ farmers raise their animals humanely outdoors without growth-promoting antibiotics, using non-GMO feed, and are Animal Welfare Approved. Sodium nitrites are added to our brine as a preservative.
“Petite” means the approximate weight for each ham is 2 to 3.5 lbs.
