Strawberry Radish Salsa

A quick recipe with tons of flavor. Enjoy this spicy and sweet simple salsa as a simple dip for chips or crackers, on top of tacos, or serve it up to impress a guest. The unexpected combination of strawberries and radishes is actually quite refreshing.

Strawberry Radish Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup strawberries, diced

2/3 cup radish, diced

2/3 cup red onion, diced

1 tbsp jalapeno, minced
(adjust to level of spice desired)

1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp white ground pepper

Preparation

  1. In medium bowl, add strawberries, radish, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro leaves.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt and pepper.

  3. Pour lime juice mixture over strawberry mixture.

  4. Serve with chips or as a condiment with fish, tacos, salads, and more!

  5. Makes 3 cups, about 12 (1/4-cup) servings.
